EOW Final Showdown!

Today is the day we crown the winner of the Chosen Badge!

Voting starts now and goes until 0100 EDT tonight (technically 11 August). Rally the troops, call your mom, try to teach your chinchilla to use the computer.

The winner receives the illustrious badge, serious bragging rights, and a highlight on ye olde blogaroo — and to all that swag, I’ve decided to give the winner a sneak peak at my new superhero novel’s first chapter.

Plus, the winner can now say in all honesty that he or she is the Chosen One. Use that at the bar to pick up chicks. Or dudes.

Who will it be? Afsaneh Khetrapal and her tale “Long Overdue?” Or will it be J.B. Lacaden’s “Hanging?” (That didn’t sound right.)

Are you ready to vote?!

Afsaneh Khetrapal, “Long Overdue”

J.B. Lacaden, “Hanging”

AFSANEH, 47                        J.B., 42

Any votes placed after 0100 EDT do not count.

May the EOW Final Showdown commence!
